“Where is my card going?”

First, your card gets delivered to our secure, locked, PO box. All orders are processed and fulfilled SAME DAY as receiving from our Facility in Pink City, Jaipur, Rajasthan- India. Upon receiving your card, you will be notified, and sent return tracking information.

“Is my information safe?”

Your personal card information is never stored, displayed, or viewed by any person(s) other than the Payment Compliance Certified staff of Metalloid. Through the combination of our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted website as well as our secure transaction processing system by Razorpay.com, we GUARANTEE safe keeping of your personal information when in possession of your card(s).

Your card WILL NOT be charged by Metalloid during the upgrade process. We recommend you temporarily “freeze / lock” your card before shipping it to us.

Yes you read it right ! Our process to design your card & transfer the EMV chip from your old plastic card to new metal card, just take one day. All thanks to our dedicated team to serve you earliest.

Depending upon your location, shipping time may vary.

For example :

Customer from Delhi can get metal card in 3-4 days at his door step.

If your card expires anytime after you buy metal card from us you need to contact us and our support team will do the required necessary steps for you.

Few things to consider : 

• You need to send your metal card to our address along with new replaced bank card with extended time period.
• Charges applicable INR 1800 (inclusive taxes).
• Your metal card will be replaced with exact same design that you bought from us.
• For additional support please contact us.

You will be able to use your new metal card anywhere just like your old plastic card except magnetic strip and Tap&Pay (contactless payment) until you choose Tap to pay enabled metal card.

However, you will still be able to make contactless payments via your smartphone.

• Do transaction using machine anywhere in the world.

We transfer your chip from your old Plastic Card to our new Metal Card. So your metal card will work just like your plastic card.

We believe that it's completely normal because handing over your card to someone is risky.

Knowing it we offer DIY kit where you don't need to send your card to us, you can transfer chip by yourself, after you purchase Metal card from us we will share tutorial video and if needed, On-call support will be provided.

We suggest :

• Do not share your PIN or OTP with anyone.
• Temporarily turn off or Freeze your card through Bank's App.
• instead of sending your old card you can cut around your card's chip and send us, no need to send or tell your card's information to us and we don't ask for it.
• Change your PIN after you receive your metal card.
